The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

Attention: although we try to ship your hair to you as fast as possible, please don’t order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always better to give yourself at least a 2 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

Shipping Fee

United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, United Arab Emirates $15 for an order, the others $25 for an order.

Please Noticed:

We don't process orders on Sunday, because shipping companies all do not work on Sunday.

Processing & shipping times may be extended during holidays.

Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after submission when the phone number is missing or the address is incomplete. Longer than that, order will be cancelled and money will be returned accordingly. So please make sure to leave the correct shipping address and contact number when you place an order.

Item not received:

Delivery on the way:

1.Parcel seized by customs: It is buyer's duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice) .

2.Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local DHL to check it for you, at the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us untill the parcel is delivered successfully.

Unsuccessful delivery

1.If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused

2.If the parcel is sent to a wrong address or lost by the shipping company, we can resend the parcel to you or offer you a refund. Item not as described: You are encouraged to open the parcel to check the item once it is delivered to your house. You should contact us within 15 days if you are not satisfied with the item.

Return/refund for no reasons

If you want to return an item without any quality problem for exchange within 15 days once it is received, please send an email to this email address with your order number return entitled: daimerwigs@gmail.com we will offer you the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee . It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. Kindly reminder:

1.If you want to return it Within 15 days, Please keep the item in original condition, factory condition, as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. Items have been used or washed is not allowed to return any more.

What does "returned in the original condition" mean?
This means the hair extensions have:

✓ Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored, bleached or worn.
✓ Ties have NOT been cut and the hang tag is attached.

Should I contact you before Return My Parcel?

Yeah, sweetie, we will add notes to your order before package being returned, so please do not return the parcel before contacting us. For any returns, you must contact customer service department to obtain Confirmation#. Once the returned package is received & inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer are responsible for the return shipping charge.

Once the return has been authorized with given Confirmation#. Assigned returned item(s) will be allowed to be returned for refund. Please include your email address, order# Confirmation# by our customer services.

Order Cancelling: We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.

1. If contact us within 24 hours after your payment finished, 5% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee.

2. If after 24 hours, 15% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee.

3. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to custom the hair extension.
